Refreshing coco-berry bowls

No matter the time of year, there’s nothing better than a refreshing #InstaWorthy smoothie bowl. And we have recently stumbled across a doozy, courtesy of Amazonia and Healthy Luxe

This delicious vegetarian coco-berry bowl is made from just five ingredients and will transport you to a tropical island whenever you choose to enjoy it – first thing at breakfast or as a high-carb pre-or post-workout snack. It’s also packed full of fibre and tastes even better if you add a scoop of your favourite protein powder (hint: chocolate works well).

You’ll need:
Amazonia Coconut Superfood Packs
2 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tsp coconut nectar
Dash coconut water

How to:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-power blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Top with fresh raspberries and macadamias.
